This data helps us improve the Site experience for prospective parents and registered users. Google Analytics 4 does not identify you personally; data is aggregated and pseudonymised. We have entered into a Data Processing Agreement with Google LLC to govern the processing of personal data on our behalf, as required under the PDPA MY.

We share personal data collected through analytics cookies with Google LLC, which may process data on servers outside Malaysia. Where personal data is transferred outside Malaysia, we ensure that adequate safeguards are in place, including Data Processing Agreements that impose obligations equivalent to those under the PDPA MY. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA MY), you have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you; (b) correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data; (c) withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal; and (d) limit the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances. You may withdraw or change your cookie consent at any time by: (a) clicking the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of the Site to reopen the consent banner; or (b) configuring your browser to block or delete cookies. Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will impair the functionality of the parent portal and file upload features. Withdrawing consent for analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the Site.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data collected through the Site and through cookies, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access controls on the parent portal, and restricted access to uploaded documents. Our Data Processing Agreement with Google LLC requires Google to implement equivalent security standards for analytics data processed on our behalf.
This Cookie Policy is issued in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA MY) and the guidelines of the Department of Personal Data Protection (JPDP). If you believe we have processed your personal data in breach of this policy or the PDPA MY, you may lodge a complaint directly with us at info@babyangels.com.my. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to the Department of Personal Data Protection (JPDP) at www.pdp.gov.my. Internally, any employee or service provider found to have breached this policy will be subject to disciplinary action, and we will take all reasonable steps to remediate any breach and notify affected individuals as required under the PDPA MY.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use, changes in applicable law, or changes to our services. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a prominent notice on the Site and, where we hold your email address, by sending you an email notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
