We specialise in babies aged 1 to 18 months. These are the most delicate months and we've built every part of the centre around them.
Our package is all-inclusive, not a ladder of tiers. Our All-in-One Package, at a caregiver-to-baby ratio between 1:1 to 1:2.5 depending on the package, has no hidden fees and no extra charges. It covers modern facilities, caregiving services, early childhood development, baby essentials and health assessment — throughout weekends and public holidays, live CCTV activity tracking, baby spa sessions, pickup and drop-off, daily updates, in-home caregiving service, caregiver assistance on request, and WhatsApp and in-app support.
No. Alongside the All-in-One Package, we also offer Hourly Care and Premium Daycare, Premium Night Care, All-Inclusive Signature Care as well as Flexible Care customised according to your needs. Exact minimum durations are confirmed in a private consultation, which always comes before any commitment.
Premium Night Care is designed around overnight stays — dim lights, white noise, and caregivers who stay awake so you can sleep. It is one of the options we are opening after official opening; tell us at your consultation if overnight care is what you need, and we will let you know as soon as it is available.
All our nurses possess over a decade of experiences, are background-checked and fully trained in infant care, First Aid, CPR and KAP. We also engage with paediatricians, lactation consultants, nutritionists, educators and a counselling psychologist as part of the holistic care team.
We keep unwell babies in separate rooms, with its own air filtration and a dedicated caregiver, so no one recovers alongside the others. A paediatrician is on call whenever needed, and we'll prioritise contacting you immediately if your baby is unwell.
Our registration with Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat (JKM), Malaysia's Department of Social Welfare, is in progress ahead of our November 2026 opening, alongside the local council, BOMBA and health approvals that all childcare centres require. All infant care and childcare services are not available until we have obtain the license.
Yes. Our care rooms are under 24/7 CCTV monitoring, and our companion app, currently under development, logs your baby's day once it’s ready — every feed, nap, nappy, bath, temperature check and observation, plus tummy time, sensory play and the air quality in their room. The app launches alongside the centre, on iOS and Android.
Every family's needs are different, so pricing is shared during your private consultation depending on the level of care you need, not a one-size-fits-all package.
Yes, a deposit confirms your booking. Specific deposit, payment, and cancellation terms are set out in your individual Care Agreement — we'll walk you through it before anything is signed.
Only with your consent, and shared privately with you through our app. We will never use any image of your baby for marketing or social media without your separate written consent.
For the babies' safety and rest, all visits to the care areas are coordinated in advance. The lobby is open for tour appointments during opening hours.
