During the pre-launch period, the Website allows prospective parents and guardians to submit enquiries, sign up for prenatal educational programmes, or register their interest by completing Enquiry Forms.

Subject to the above carve-outs, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms of Service, the Website, or our Services shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Malaysian Ringgit Five Hundred (MYR 500.00), whichever is greater.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before commencing formal legal proceedings. The mediator shall be agreed upon by both parties, or in default of agreement, appointed by the Malaysian International Mediation Centre (MIMC). The costs of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties unless otherwise agreed.
If mediation is unsuccessful or either party declines to participate, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, in accordance with Section 14 below.
Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending resolution of a dispute. You also retain the right to lodge a complaint with the JPDP in respect of any data protection matter, as described in Section 9.9 above.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service or our Services, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 13 above.
Nothing in this Section affects any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded or overridden by a choice of law or jurisdiction clause.
